Zur Vermeidung einer Kondensatbildung innerhalb der Anschlussraumgehäuse empfehlen wir die Verwendung des Klimastutzens Typ 8162 der Fa. R. STAHL Schaltgeräte GmbH. Durch den Einbau des Klimastutzens wird die Schutzart nach IEC 60529 reduziert. Bei beliebiger Einbaulage beträgt die Schutzart IP64, bei senkrechter Einbaulage, mit Klimastutzen nach unten, IP66. -

Installation Installation WARNUNG Gefahr durch unbefugte Arbeiten am Gerät! Verletzungen und Sachschäden drohen. Montage, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Betrieb und Wartung dürfen ausschließlich von dazu befugtem und entsprechend geschultem Personal durchgeführt werden. WARNUNG Nicht korrekt installierte Komponenten! Bei nicht korrekt installierten Komponenten ist der Explosionsschutz nicht mehr gewährleistet. - Seite 11 Installation 12175E00 Gehäuse öffnen Schaltergriff (5) auf Position „Off“ schalten Schraube in Schaltervorsatz (3) lösen. Schaltergriff (5) leicht betätigen, bis Schloss vom Riegel gelöst ist und der Schalter sich leichtgängig öffnen lässt. Deckelschraube (1) abschrauben. Deckel mit Hilfe eines einsteckbaren Griffs (4) abschrauben. Gewicht des Deckels beachten, gegebenenfalls geeignete Hebewerkzeuge benutzen.

Installation 8.2 Gehäuse ohne Schaltervorsatz öffnen/schließen WARNUNG Gefahr durch beschädigte Gewinde! Bei beschädigten Gewinden ist der zünddurchschlagssichere Spalt nicht mehr gewährleistet. Gehäusedeckel vorsichtig ablegen bzw. vorsichtig auf das Gehäuse aufsetzen. Gehäusedeckel oder Gehäuse mit beschädigtem Gewinde sofort austauschen! 12174E00 Gehäuse öffnen Deckelschraube (1) abschrauben. -

Installation 8.3 Äußere Verdrahtung Beachten Sie hierzu die Betriebsanleitung der entsprechenden Kabel- und Leitungseinführung. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Kabeldurchmesser mit dem Klemmquerschnitt auf der Kabeleinführung übereinstimmt. Ziehen Sie die Sechskantmutter der Kabeleinführung so fest an, dass die Dichtheit des Anschlussraumes gesichert ist. - Seite 14 Installation Äußerer Schutzleiteranschluss am Gehäuse Schließen Sie in jedem Fall den Schutzleiter am Gehäuse an. Beziehen Sie alle blanken nicht spannungsführenden Metallteile ins Schutzleitersystem ein. Das Kabel muss nahe am Gehäuse fest verlegt werden, sodass ein lösen des Kabels vermieden wird. 12172E00 Innerer Schutzleiteranschluss vom Anschlussraumgehäuse zur Steuerung Schließen Sie den inneren Schutzleiter an die dafür vorgesehen PE-Schienen an.
