User Manual
Need4Stream uses the iPod/iPhone interface of your vehicle
and emulates a connected Apple device. No matter if you use
an Apple or Android Smartphone.
Installation and Pairing
•
Find the multimedia interface of your vehicle (often in
the glovebox or in the center armrest).
•
Connect the Need4Stream Bluetooth Adapter to your
multimedia interface.
•
Turn on the ignition of your vehicle to activate the
Need4Stream Bluetooth Adapter und check if the blue
status LED flashes. If the blue LED light flashes, your
Need4Stream Bluetooth Adapter is installed properly and
ready for pairing.
•
Open the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone and
turn on Bluetooth. Search for Bluetooth devices nearby
and click on the device name "Need4Stream" to connect.
Enable all requests for accessing to your smartphone.
Once the Bluetooth connection got established, the blue
status LED lights up permanently.
•
Confirm the password request you can see on the
display.
•
Switch to the MEDIA section of your infotainment
system. There you can find a new menu topic which
allows you to play your favorite music and to control the
