Power plug
1. Note that the LCD monitor must always be disconnected
from the electric power supply in the following cases:
• If the monitor is not used for a long period.
• If the power cable or plug is damaged. (Always refer to this
User Guide before connecting the LCD monitor to a power
source or other system, before disconnecting, or before
making settings on the monitor. If an unforeseen situation
occurs while you are using the monitor, turn off the power
supply and pull the main plug out of the power socket. If the
concerned problem is not dealt within the User Guide,
contact our technical service.)
• If the monitor housing is damaged or destroyed.
Power cable and signal cable
1. Do not place any objects on the power cable or signal cable.
2. Do not leave the cables lying on the floor where they may
cause other people to trip and injure themselves.
3. The power cable and the transformer must not be
overloaded.
4. Do not expose the power cable or the signal cable to damp
or wet.
Location
1. Do NOT place this product on unstable surfaces since the
device could fall off and cause injury and damage.
2. The monitor must be placed at a location with good
ventilation to avoid overheating.
3. AVOID operating the monitor or locating it in the following
environmental conditions:
• Extreme temperatures – i.e., where it is too hot/cold
• High humidity
• Direct sunlight
• Dusty environment
• Do not place the monitor near other devices with a strong
magnetic field.
