5.1
There are different modes in your watch: walking, running, cycling,
jumping rope, badminton, basketball and football.
Select the mode you want by pressing the touch button for 2 seconds
to start the exercise.
Long press the touch button to pause or stop your workout.
5.2
Data is available on your application after the exercise is complete.
The data will be automatically recorded when your exercise has lasted
more than 2 min, or the watch has received heart rate.
5.3
Go to the "Blood pressure" icon, press and hold the key to start the
analysis. You can stop it once the measurement result is obtained.

Go to the "Blood Oxygen" icon, press and hold the key to start the
analysis. You can stop it once the measurement result is obtained.
