Long press on the interface enable or disable the mute mode.

Press and hold the icon to enter the brightness interface. Short
press to adjust the brightness, press and hold to confirm and exit
the current interface.

To return your watch to original settings, press and hold the
"Reset" setting.

damage your phone under any circumstances.

Heart monitoring requires that the wrist strap to be placed on
your wrist, that it is neither too tight nor too loose. This can
