Check battery/power connection
Check that the unit is within working hours
Check the connection of the pump and liquid tube.
Check if the pump is working and you hear a working noise.
Check if the diffuser head is damaged.
Make sure that the diffuser and the liquid container are screwed
tightly.
Make sure that the riser tube is connected to the diffuser head.
Make sure that the unit is placed on a flat surface.
Unusual noise
Pump is defective, please contact customer service.
Tips for using and for storing the unit when not in use
Please turn off the power and disconnect it from the wall socket. Roll
up the power cord.
Clean the unit by filling the liquid container with clean water and then
run it for 5 minutes.
Please store the unit in a well-ventilated place away from light.
Use a light penetrating oil [e.g. Ballistol, Caramba, WD40] to spray the
lid from the inside and the base from the inside and then wipe with a
dry cloth to avoid rust spots.
