Thermal switch activated
due to high temperature.
Internal tubes are defective,
popped off, or not
connected.
Diaphragm damaged or
over heated pump.
Coil is defect or damaged.
Valves or diaphragm are
faulty.
Armature hits coil/core.
After cooling the pump will
switch back on automatically.
Open pump. Reconnect or
replace tubes.
Open pump and check if the
diaphragm and driving unit work
trouble free.
If the diaphragm is damaged
return the pump to the manufac-
turer.
Return the pump to the manu-
