they are not faulty. Faulty power generators or electrical equipment
should be shut down immediately and repaired by a qualified person.
b) Do not connect the power generator to other power sources like
the power supply network or other power distribution systems.
c) If the circuit-breakers need to be replaced, replace them only
with circuit-breakers having identical ratings and performance
characteristics. Protection against electric shock depends on circuit-
breakers which are specially designed for the power generator unit.
d) Use only robust, rubber-jacketed flexible cables (according to
IEC 60245-4) or equivalent cables as the mechanical stresses
are very high.
e) Always connect the earthing connector of the power generator
to a suitable earthing point as well as the earthing pin and cable.
f) Never touch the generator and the electrical components with
wet hands.
g) The connection plug of the power tool intended to be connected
has to match the socket of the power generator. The plug
should not be modified in any way. Do not use any adapter
plugs with the earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs
and matching sockets will reduce risk of electric shock.
h) Keep the power generator away from rain or moisture. The
penetration of water increases the risk of electric shock.
i) Do not use the cable of the connected power tool to pull the
plug out of the socket. Damaged or entangled cables increase the
risk of electric shock.
j) Do not use extension cables with a resistance greater than 1.5
Ω. The total length of the lines for a cross-section of 1,5 mm
not exceed 60 m and for a cross-section of 2,5 mm
100 m. Use only extension cables that are approved for outdoor use.
WARNING!
Follow all the electrical safety regulations that are locally applicable
at the place where the power generator is being used.
