Efco Creaflexx Arbeitsanleitung

D: Anleitung:
1. Aus dem Creaflexx-Bogen zwei 19 cm x 30 cm große Rechtecke und zwei 34 cm x 2 cm breite Streifen ausschneiden. Auf die
Rechtecke jeweils auf allen 4 Seiten einen Rand von 4 cm anzeichnen. Bei einem Rechteck die so entstandenen Quadrate an
allen vier Ecken herausschneiden. Bei dem zweiten Rechteck die entstandenen Quadrate nur von der Längsseite her jeweils bis
zum Boden einmal einschneiden. Aus dem Moosgummi ein Rechteck von 10 cm x 21 cm ausschneiden.
2. Es empfiehlt sich eine hitzebeständige Unterlage zu benutzen und darauf ein Lage Backpapier zu legen, damit das Creaflexx
im warmen Zustand nicht an der Unterlage ankleben kann. Außerdem empfehlen wir bei der Verarbeitung von Creaflexx dünne
Baumwollhandschuhe zu tragen, da vorallem der Kleber beim Erhitzen sehr heiß werden kann. Als erstes wird das Rechteck
bearbeitet, das 4 mal bis zum Boden eingeschnitten wurde. Mit dem Heißluftgebläse durch hin- und herbewegen das Rechteck
– entlang der Bleistiftlinie – erwärmen. Nun entlang der Bleistiftlinie falten, sodass die glatte klebrige Seite nach außen zeigt.
Mit der anderen Längsseite genauso verfahren. Nun die erste kurze Seite mit dem Heißluftfön erwärmen und umklappen.
Anschließend die Flügel, sowie ein Stück der Längsseite erwärmen und die Flügel gegen die Längsseiten kleben. Mit der anderen
kurzen Seite genauso verfahren.
3. Die Schachtel auf den Kopf stellen und den Boden von außen mit dem Heißluftfön erwärmen. Den Moosgummizuschnitt mittig
auf den Boden legen und leicht andrücken.
4. Das Creaflexx-Rechteck mit den ausgeschnittenen Ecken über die gesamte mittige Fläche erwärmen und die Schachtel mit dem
Moosgummi auf das erwärmte Creaflexx (Klebeseite) setzen und leicht andrücken. Die Seitenwände nacheinander erwärmen und
nach oben gegen die Box klappen.
5. Die Streifen nach und nach erwärmen und von außen ringsherum mit der Klebeseite an der oberen Kante der Box entlang
befestigen.
6. Das decopatch Papier in kleine Schnipsel reißen und mit dem Kleber Paperpatch auf die Innenseite und den oberen Rand kleben.
Trocknen lassen. Die Außenseite mit roter Farbe bemalen. Trocknen lassen.
F: Mode d'emploi:
1. Découper dans la feuille de Creaflexx deux rectangles de 19 x 30 cm et deux bandes de 34 x 2 cm. Tracer des lignes de repérage
de 4 cm du bord sur les 4 côtés des deux rectangles. Découper les petits carrés ainsi obtenus aux quatre coins sur un des
rectangles. Inciser seulement les côté des carrés situés sur les longueurs du second rectangle selon schéma. Découper un
rectangle de Créa-Soft de 10 x 21 cm.
2. Nous conseillons de poser du papier sulfurisé sur votre support de travail (qui doit être résistant à la chaleur) pour éviter que
Creaflexx y adhère sous l'emprise de la chaleur. Nous recommandons également le port de fins gants en coton car la colle
monte rapidement en température quand elle est chauffée lors de la manipulation de Creaflexx. Débuter par le rectangle avec
les 4 incisions en chauffant à l'aide du souffleur thermique une longueur ( ligne traçée au crayon ) par un mouvement de va et
vient. Plier le long de la ligne marquée au crayon, face collante vers l'extérieur. Procéder de même avec la deuxième longueur
traçée au crayon. Procéder ensuite de façon identique avec un des rainages plus courts puis chauffer la fin de la longueur de la
boîte et coller le rabat incisé sur la longueur pour faire le jonctionnement. Répéter l'opération pour les 3 autres rabats.
3. Poser la boîte à l'envers comme sur le schéma et chauffer le fond de la boîte de l'extérieur. Centrer et positionner le feuillet de
Crea Soft sur la boîte avec de légères pressions.
4. Chauffer le feuillet rectangulaire -au coins découpés- uniformément et positionner la boîte côté Crea Soft sur la face collante du
Creaflexx encore chaud par légères pressions. Chauffer ensuite les côtés les uns après les autres en les repliant vers le haut
contre la boîte.
5. Chauffer Les bandes au fur et à mesure pour les fixer côté adhésif le long du bord supérieur extérieur autour de la boîte.
5. Déchirer le papier Decopatch en petits morceaux. Coller ces petits morceaux à l'intérieur et sur le bord supérieur de la boîte avec
la colle Paperpatch. Laisser sécher. Recouvrir l'extérieur de la boîte avec une peinture rouge. Laisser sécher.

1. Cut 2 rectangles 19 x 30cm and 2 strips 34cm x 2cm from the Creaflexx sheet. Draw a border 4cms in around all four sides of
one rectangle. Cut from each corner a 4cm square as illustration 1. On the second rectangle cut 4 x 4cm slits from the long side

2. The work surface should be heat resistant and we recommend covering with grease proof paper or baking parchment to prevent
Creaflexx from sticking to the work surface when heated. As the Creaflexx adhesive becomes very hot when heated, we also
suggest wearing thin cotton gloves to protect your hands. Take the rectangle cut with the 4 slits. With the adhesive coated side
of Creaflexx on the outside, use a heat gun to heat along the border line of a long side. When flexible fold up to make a box side.
Repeat for the opposite side and also for the two short sides. Apply heat to the flaps and also to the ends of the long side to
soften the adhesive and fold and "glue" the flaps to the long side (illustration 2.) to make a box.
3. Turn the box upside down and heat the base. Apply the foam rubber rectangle to the base and press into place.
4. Heat the first Creafixx rectangle with adhesive side out. Carefully place the box on the rectangle (illustration 4.) and press in
place. Apply heat to the 4 flaps and fold up (making a box within a box)
5. Heat and apply the 34 x 2 cm strips to the edge of the box to make a border.
6. Cut pieces of Decopatch paper and glue in place on the border and the inside of the box with Paperpatch glue. Leave to dry. Once
dry paint the bottom of the box with red paint as illustrated. Leave to fully dry.
IT: Istruzioni:
1. Ritagliare due strisce da 34 x 2 cm. Poi due rettangoli da 19 x 30 cm e delineare con una matita su ogni lato un bordo di 4 cm.
Dal primo rettangolo esportare dai 4 angoli i quadrati ottenuti e dal secondo intagliare solo una linea dei quadrati sui lati lunghi
della scatola, vedi foto. Ora ritagliare un altro rettangolo dalla gomma piuma di 10 x 21 cm.
2. La pellicola Creaflexx deve essere riscaldata con un soffiatore ad aria calda. Per facilitare il lavoro consigliamo di indossare
guanti in cotone per proteggere le mani e di lavorare su una superficie refrattaria. Per evitare che la Creaflexx riscaldata si
attacca sul fondo, coprire prima il tutto con carta da forno. Per primo lavorare il rettangolo con gli intagli. Riscaldare su un lato
lungo la linea segnalata passando con il soffiatore più volte, poi piegare la parte esterna verso l'alto con la parte appiccicosa
rivolta verso esterno. Ripetere il tutto sul lato opposto. Dopodiché fare lo stesso lavoro con i lati corti. Le ali esterne che si sono
formate a seguito del piegamento della parte corta del rettangolo al lato, devono essere incollate al lato lungo con la tecnica
usata in precedenza.
3. Capovolgere la scatola e riscaldare tutto il fondo per incollare la gomma piuma, vedi foto. Fare attenzione che aderisca bene.
4. Riscaldare il centro del secondo rettangolo con gli angoli asportati ed incollare la scatola preparata sul lato appiccicoso. Ora
incollare con la tecnica descritta tutte le ali esterni rimanenti ai lati della scatola.
5. Proseguire con le strisce ed incollarle intorno ai bordi della scatola, vedi foto.
6. Strappare la carta décopatch a pezzetti piccoli e decorare l'interno e il bordo esterno della scatola usando la colla Paperpatch.
Colorare la parte inferiore con il colore rosso e lasciare asciugare.
