Technical Data
Applications
• Pressurised hot water tank
• Thermally controlled instantaneous water heater
• Hydraulically controlled instantaneous water
heater
Operation with low pressure hot water tank (open
water heater) is not possible.
Flow pressure
• Min.
0,5 Bar
• Max.
10 Bar
• Above 5 bar, a pressure reducer must be
installed to conform to noise
class I.
Temperature
• Max. (warm water inlet)
70° C
• Recommended (energy saving) 60° C
• Tap: warm-left / cold-right
Note
Pressure differences of more than 3 bar between
cold and warm water taps must be avoided since,
otherwise, the mixing ratio of warm and cold
water can deviate significantly from that indicated
by the lever position.
Before installation and commissioning
Before the fitting is installed, the inlet pipes must
be thoroughly flushed so that no swarf, pieces of
hemp or other contaminants can enter the fitting.
Foreign bodies can enter the fitting through pipes
which have not been flushed, or the water system
in general, and damage the ceramic discs and
O-rings.
The installation of a water filter is recommended in
all cases.
Before installing the fitting, unscrew the perlator/
aerator and flush well.
Installation
ø 35 mm tap hole necessary.
Thoroughly wash all pipes to eliminate any dirt
and residue. Position the tap in the hole making
sure the seal between the tap and supporting sur-
face is in place. Fasten everything by means of
the giving nut, washer, gasket and triangular base
of reinforcement (Nr.10) if necessary.
Connect the supplying flexible hoses and giving
gaskets to the hot and cold water connections,
making sure not to twist the flexible hoses, by
keeping them steady, when screwing the nut.
Note
• Do not kink the flexible connector hoses.
• Do not strain the flexible connector hoses.
• Only screw the flexible hoses manually into the
body of the fitting. When connecting the flexible
connector hoses to the service valve or the hot
water tank, the latter must be held firmly in
place to prevent the hoses becoming twisted or
disconnected from the body of the armature.

based cleaning agents, or other "aggressive"
cleaning agents be used.
The use of proscribed cleaning agents can dama-
ge the finish, such damage is not covered by the
guarantee.
