• Press the S key to display the average time.
• Press the M key to turn back to the stopwatch. Press S key to stop the stopwatch. Press D
key to reset the stopwatch. To change the number of laps that can be recorded (the default
is 8), press the R key followed by the D and S keys at the same time.
c) Countdown timer
• Press the M key to access the countdown timer, and then press the S key to start/stop
timing. To reset the countdown timer, press the D key when it is stopped.
• Press and hold the R key for 2 seconds to set the countdown time, and then press the S
and D keys to adjust the time up or down. Press the M key to confirm the countdown time.
• Note: The maximum countdown time is 99 minutes and 59 seconds. Press the S key while
the timer is counting down to set the countdown timer to automatically repeat when it
reaches zero.
d) Metronome
• Press the M key to access the Metronome function, and then press the D key to select the
desired number of beats per minute (10, 20, 30, 50, 60, 80, 120, 160, 240 or 320 beats
per minute.
• Press the S key to confirm your selection and start/pause the metronome.
• Note: The number on the second line is the beat counter, which will count to 9999 beats
and then start from 1 again.
e) Counter
• Press the M key to access the Counter function, which has a 6-group memory for counting
items/numbers.
• Press the S key to add to Group 1 and press the D key to add to Group 2.
• Press the R key to toggle between the groups to display total counts.
• Press and hold the R key for 2 seconds to reset the counter.
f) Alarm
• Press the M key to enter the Alarm function, which has 3 groups of alarms.
• Press the S key to set the alarm(s) and press the D key to turn the alarm(s) on/off.
• Press and hold the R key for 2 seconds and press the S and D keys to change the alarm
time up/down. Then press the M key to confirm the time and set the alarm.
• After setting the alarm(s), press the S key to display the chime symbol and press the D key
to turn the hourly chime on/off.

The first line is displaying the lap time.
SP
The second line is displaying the split time.
RE
Times in the memory are being displayed.
AV
The average time is being displayed.
FAST
The fastest time is being displayed.
SLOW
The slowest time is being displayed.
The alarm(s) is set.
Note:
• In the Clock function, press and hold the D, S, R and M keys for 1 second to reset the
Stopwatch.
• In the Clock function, press and hold the R and S keys for 3 seconds to turn off the
Stopwatch. Press any key for 1 second to turn it on.
• When the display is dim or cannot be turned on, the battery may need replacing. To change
the battery, open the back casing of the stopwatch and replace the battery with a new
CR2032 battery.
Care and cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the mains before each cleaning.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol, or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the housing and functioning of the product.
• Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.

Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in household
waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with ap-
plicable regulatory guidelines.
Remove any inserted batteries and dispose of them separately from the product.
b) Batteries
As the end user, you are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used bat-
teries. Disposing of them in household waste is prohibited.
Batteries containing hazardous substances are labeled with this symbol to indicate
that disposal in domestic waste is forbidden. The abbreviations for the heavy metals
involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead (name on batteries, e.g.,
below the waste bin icon on the left).
Used batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our stores or
wherever batteries are sold.
You thus fulfill your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
