• Place the item you wish to weigh in the centre
of the weighing platform in order to accurately
obtain its weight.
• Do not overload the appliance, otherwise the
scale might be damaged (max. 650g).
• In case the LCD display does not display "0.0"
after switching the appliance on, please press
the TARE button.
• The batteries have to replaced once "Lo" lights
up in the display.
• Always dispose of the batteries in an environ-
mentally responsible way.
• Switch the appliance off with the ON/OFF
button after use and before cleaning.
• The appliance should always be covered with
the transparent cover when it is not in use. Do
not place any items on the appliance or on
the transparent cover while the appliance is
in storage. Be careful to prevent the appliance
from falling down.
• Only clean the scale with a dry or slightly
moist towel. Never use aggressive, scouring
or corrosive detergents.
• Repairs to this appliance must only be done by
authorised service centres (e.g. Solis customer
service).
