• Before each use check that all the nuts, bolts, and screws are tight.
• Before you use the chair lift, check the connecting cord to lower the chair lift for
damage.
• Please do not overload the product and note the maximum user weight and the
maximum load capacity (see technical data).
• Never leave the user unattended with the product.
• The product should only be used by one user at a time. No other individuals
should be placed in or on the product.
• All users have to be familiar with how the product works. This way in an emergen-
cy the user can be removed quickly from the product.
• If there is a serious and unexpected accident with the product, please inform our
company immediately and the responsible authorities.

The Simplex bathing chair is a class 1 medical device.
The bath chair lift is suitable for use in the bathtub only. The edge of the bathtub has
to provide enough support for the bath chair lift . It allows children who are cared
for at home or in professional settings to bathe and maintain personal hygiene. The
lowering mechanism makes it easier to put the child into the water and raise them up
if the child is unable to sit or lie in the bathtub on their own.
Any use that goes above and beyond this does not comply with the intended use.

Indication / Patient Target Group / Intended Users

The product is suitable for children with limited control of their torso and / or re-
duced mobility of the joints in the lower extremities, and overall limited body control.
Furthermore, it is used for children who have damage to their nervous system with
neuromusculoskeletal and movement-related limitations.

Risks Associated with Use and Contraindications

If used properly, risks can be eliminated during use. There are no known contraindica-
tions.
