Manual can result in erroneous results
Warning: Read User Manual
Before using this test, read the User Manual
carefully.
Warning: Sufficient Power Supply and Intact Strip
Be sure sufficient power supply is available. Not
enough power may interrupt the test. Be sure the
test strip is intact before testing.
DO NOT use defective test strip.
Note: Please insert the correct test strip Codechip
number and be sure the test strip has not expired.
Insert the test strip into the instrument and keep
inserting until the sample well is in line with the
dot on the instrument. Then enter the barcode by
using the barcode scanner, when scanning, please
make the sensing area cover the barcode
vertically and close to the barcode; or enter
Codechip number manually. If the Codechip
number of the test strip does not match the
information of the installed Codechip, the system
will prompt that the Codechip information does
not match. When the input Codechip number of
the test strip has expired, the system will prompt
that the Codechip has expired.
Warning: Add Blood Promptly
When the meter is ready, the system will beep and
prompt the user to apply a blood sample. Do not
add sample before the prompt. There is a 2 minute
time limit for the user to apply the blood sample.
Warning: Sanitize
Sanitize the site of the fingerstick with an alcohol
wipe before testing. The site of the fingerstick
must be completely dry. If any alcohol remains on
the finger, this may lead to inaccurate results.
Warning: Proper Fingerstick Technique
Proper fingerstick technique is beneficial to both
the user and patient. A proper fingerstick will
ensure minimal discomfort for the patient and
accurate test results for the user.
Warning: Do Not Move The Meter
Add Sample
Apply the blood sample directly on the sample
well of the strip. DO NOT move the meter while
adding the blood to the strip.

Warning: Re-establish Therapeutic Target Range
There could be a bias from one test system to
another. You must re-establish the therapeutic
target range at qLabs
time. This range may be different from your
previous therapeutic target range.
