What should I do?
I can't plug in the fiber
Have you removed the
pro tective caps on the cable
and the box and have you
opened the OTO socket?
The LEDs are not lit up.
Have you correctly
plugged in the power
cable? Is there any
power coming from
the outlet? Have you
pressed the ON/OFF
button?

I've plugged everything in as instructed

any internet.
Have you received the activation-SMS from
Sunrise yet? Have you pluged in the fibre
cable into the OTO socket (1-4), which was
instructed by the activation SMS?
