Step 1: Use two M8 x 16 screws to attach the
wheels to the base.
Step 2: Put the three post brackets on the base
as shown. Use three medium bolts (M8 x 16) to
join the post brackets and stand.
Step 3: Put the post on top of the post brackets.
Use six large bolts and flange nuts (M6) to
connect the post to the post brackets. Tighten
the bolts and nuts.
