4. Relaxation
To relax a particular muscle group, use the
device for 30 seconds. This should be sufficient
to relax the muscles in question.
Directions:
- Take the device out of the box.
- Attach the desired head, as shown in Fig. B.
- Press the ON/OFF button (6) to turn on the
device (1). When the device is turned on, the
intensity level LED (7) should indicate intensity
level 1. Every time you press the button, the
intensity level will increase and one of the six
LEDs will turn on until the highest level (level
6) is reached. If you press the button again
after reaching level 6, the device will switch off.
Select the intensity level that best suits your
requirements.
- To start the massage, place the head against
the area you want to treat. Massage the area in
accordance with the indications in the Benefits/
Time of Use section above.
- Use the device only on soft tissue without
causing pain or discomfort.
- Use the device only on dry, clean areas of skin.
We recommend not massaging through clothing.
- Gently press and move the device over the
skin. If you come across a painful area, keep the
device focused on that spot.
- When you finish using the Gymform®
Percussion Massager, hold down the ON/OFF
button until the device switches off. When the
device switches off, the intensity level LEDs (7)
should also turn off.
- The device switches off automatically after 15
minutes.
- To remove the head, simply pull it off gently.
Cleaning Instructions:
Clean the device using a slightly damp cloth
and then use a soft cloth to dry it. After cleaning,
put the device away. Use the cardboard box
the device came in to take it with you when you
travel.
