5. CLEANING

STEP 1:
Always remove the plug from the main
socket before cleaning the base. Let the
kettle cool down completely.

STEP 3:
Descale the metal plate inside the glass
boiling chamber regularly by wiping
down the plate between uses to prevent
buildup of mineral deposits. If you
notice any buildup, you can remove it by
using a mild detergent available at any
hardware store.

STEP 2:
Dry the kettle before plugging into the
main socket on the base again. Clean the
outside of the kettle and the base with
a soft damp cloth. Do not use scouring
materials.
STORAGE:
To store the kettle, wind the cord
in the cord compartment on the
underside of the base.
