GENERAL WARNING:
It´s obvious that riding a bike could lead to tumbles and injuries. The rider should be aware
of this risk and should try to avoid or minimize the possible risk by learning a few safety,
usage and maintenance rules. Although you will never be free for any risk since there are
always possible external elements you cannot control, however a correct use could minize
this considerably.
Throughout the following pages you will find "warning" and "watch out" signals. With
those we advise you that in the case of not applying these warnings you are given an
inappropriate use of your bike which might lead to malfunction of your bike which could
put you in dangerous situations.
WARNING: advises you on dangerous and delicate situations which could lead to
severe physical consequences, including death.
WATCH OUT: advises on situations which could lead to less severe consequences
but would have to be avoided in order to prevent from using the bike in an
inappropriate way which could lead to deficiencies and cancellation of your
warranty rights.
In many of the above mentioned indications you could read sections like "you could loose
control and fall". You need to be aware that in case you fall off your bike this could lead
to severe injuries or even be fatal. We will not repeat this last example (death) since we
understand that you are fully aware of this.
Since there are so many different situations and conditions of the bike's usage, we cannot
advise or recommend how to deal with all of these in this manual. Everyone that uses a
bike needs to be aware of the risk and be prepared to deal with all kinds of situations that
could occur. It is the rider's responsibility to deal with these situations or to avoid them.
