5. Installation
Warning – Installation
• Before mounting, check that the wall you
have chosen is suitable for the weight to be
mounted. Also make sure that there are no
electric, water, gas or other lines running
through the wall at the mounting site.
• Do not mount the product above locations
where persons might linger.
• Buy special or suitable installation material
from a specialised dealer for wall-mounting.
• Never apply force during installation.
• If in doubt, have this product mounted by a
quali ed technician - do not attempt to mount
it yourself!
• Given the low weight of the product, it is
su cient to install a screw with anchor, or a nail,
at the required installation location.
• Depending on the construction of the installation
location (for example, wood), you may be able to
attach the product directly to a screw or nail, for
example, without pre-drilled holes.
• Before hanging the siren, make sure that the
screw or nail is securely installed.
6. Care and Maintenance
Note
Disconnect the product from the mains before
cleaning it or if it is not going to be used for a
long period of time.
• Only clean this product with a slightly damp,
lint-free cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning
agents.
• Make sure that water does not get into the
product.
