Il meccanismo comando aste bidirezionale M90 (fig.1) è ambidestro
ed idoneo per serramenti con apertura ad anta interna.
1) Effettuare le lavorazioni per l'alloggiamento ed il fissaggio del
meccanismo M90 sul montante dell'anta mobile (fig.2).
2) Se il profilo richiede lo spessore (solo per tubolarità da 15mm o
maggiori), adattare la lunghezza dei pioli alla tubolarità ed inserirlo nel
tubolare applicando del collante (fig.3).
3) Tagliare e forare le astine di collegamento della serie. Inserire gli
elementi di collegamento e le astine nelle canalette del montante,
quindi introdurre il meccanismo M90 all'interno dell'asola avendo cura
di
The M90 two–way rod command mechanism (fig. 1) is two–sided and
ideal for windows with internal wing opening.
1) Make the adjustments required for housing and securing the M90
mechanism in the mobile window upright (fig. 2).
2) If the profile requires the shim (only if the tubular part is 15 mm or
more), adapt the length of the pegs to the tubular part, insert it in the
tubular part and apply some glue (fig. 3).
3) Cut and drill holes in the connection rods for the series. Insert the
connection elements and the rods in the grooves on the upright and
insert the M90 mechanism in the slot, taking care to engage the rods
and making sure that the mechanism securing holes coincide with the
holes drilled (fig. 3).
Le mécanisme bidirectionnel M90 (fig.1), à main droite, a été conçu
pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'intérieur de menuiseries.
1) Effectuer les perçages pour loger et fixer le mécanisme M90 sur le
montant de l'ouvrant (fig.2).
2) S'il faut une cale d'épaisseur pour le profilé (uniquement à
chambres de 15 mm ou plus), adapter la longueur des crans à la
chambre et poser la cale après avoir appliqué de la colle (fig.3).
3) Couper et percer les tringles de jonction de la série. Poser les
éléments de jonction et les tringles dans les feuillures du montant puis
introduire le mécanisme M90 à l'intérieur du trou oblong en calant les
tringles et en faisant coïncider les trous de fixation du mécanisme
avec les perçages sur la menuiserie (fig.3).

1) Efectuar los trabajos necesarios para el alojamiento y la fijación del
mecanismo M90 sobre el montante de la hoja móvil (fig.2).
2) Si el perfil requiere el elemento de espesor (sólo para tubulares de
15mm de dimensión o superior), adaptar la longitud de las espigas a
las dimensiones del tubular e introducirlo en el tubular con un punto
de cola (fig.3).
Das zweiseitig wirkende Getriebe M90 (Abb.1) ist beiderseitig
einsetzbar und für Fensterbeschläge mit Innendrehflügel geeignet.
1) Die für die Anordnung und Befestigung des Getriebes M90 nötigen
Arbeiten am senkrechten Flügelteil des beweglichen Fensterflügels
vornehmen (Abb. 2).
2) Wenn das Profil die Beilage erforderlich macht (nur für Profilrohr mit
15 mm oder mehr), die Länge der Flachstücke auf Profilrohre
abstimmen und mit Klebstoff in das Profilrohr einsetzen (siehe Abb. 3).

innestare le aste e di fare coincidere i fori di fissaggio del meccanismo
con i fori della lavorazione (fig.3).
4) Fissare il meccanismo M90 al profilo applicando la martellina.
GIESSE produce anche M180, meccanismo monodirezionale idoneo
alla movimentazione dei meccanismi anta ribalta.
4) Secure the M90 mechanism to the profile by applying the window
handle.
GIESSE also produces M180, a one–way mechanism ideal for
opening and closing tilt–and–turn windows.
4) Appliquer la poignée pour fixer le mécanisme M90 sur le profilé.
GIESSE produit également un mécanisme monodirectionnel, le M180,
pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de fenêtres oscillo–battantes.
3) Cortar y taladrar las barras de conexión de la serie. Introducir los
elementos de conexión y las barras en las ranuras del montante,
seguidamente introducir el mecanismo M90 en el interior de la ranura
prestando atención a acoplar las hojas y hacer coincidir los taladrados
de fijación del mecanismo con los taladrados efectuados en los
trabajos previos (fig.3).
4) Fijar el mecanismo M90 al perfil aplicando la martellina.
GIESSE también produce M180, mecanismo monodireccional idóneo
para el movimiento de los mecanismos de hoja oscilobatiente.
3) Die Verbindungsstangen der Serie zuschneiden und bohren. Die
Verbindungsstücke und die Stangen in die Nuten des senkrechten
Flügelteils einführen, dann das Getriebe M90 in das Langloch
einsetzen. Darauf achten, daß die Stangen einrasten und daß die
Befestigungsbohrungen am Getriebe genau über den vorgearbeiteten
Bohrungen zu liegen kommen (Abb.3).
4) Das Getriebe M90 am Profil befestigen und dabei den Fenstergriff
anbringen.
GIESSE stellt auch das einseitig wirkende Getriebe M180 her, das
speziell für die Bedienung von Drehkippfenstern geeignet ist.
