Commissioning

 The dosing device must be fastened with the two mounting holes ø6.6 (No. 11)
 Tighten the customer specific nozzle (No.4)
 The lubricant supply hose must be filled with lubricant before connecting a
dosing valve (bleeding procedure).

Remove the cover by loosening the 4 fastening screws (No. 3)
 Then connect the supply hose to the medium inlet (No. 8) and control air /
external 5/2 way valve to the pneumatic connection (No. 7).
 On commissioning one must set the maximum dosing quantity. To do this,
loosen the adjustment screw (No. 10) and the dosing screw (No. 9) to the
stopping point (display: 100%).
 The required dosing quantity can be adjusted by the dosing screw (No. 9).
 Remount the cover

Operation

The metering process is started automatically by pressing down (Figure B) on the
component placed on the nozzle. The preset metered volume is applied to the
component.

Remedy
Clean the nozzle/mandrel
with a cleaning cloth
Reduce the dosing volume
Demount, clean, remount
and bleed the system.
Consult Operating Manual
for the supply pump
Loosen the supply hose
Bleed the system. Re-mount
the connected supply hose.
Replace seals
Switching may only occur
once no more material is
released.
Fix the dosing trigger valve
at its original place
