The warranty period begins on the date of the purchase of the product by the end user.
This warranty covers the costs of parts, labour in relation to repairs required to restore the product to
full operational mode or the replacement of the same, in addition to the collection and delivery of the
product to your home address or an official technical service in the first 6 months.
Once this period has elapsed, the cost of transport to our facilities will be borne by the client. Once
the product has been analysed by the technical service (SAT), if the problem is covered by the
warranty, we will send you the product freight prepaid and reimburse you for the cost of delivery to
our facilities.
In the event the product is not covered by the warranty, the repair estimate will need to be approved
by the client. In the event the client does not agree to the estimate, the client will be required to pay
the expenses arising from the analysis, handling and transport of the product. Once the estimate
has been accepted, the client will have 10 working days in which to pay the respective amount. Once
this period has elapsed, a daily storage fee based on the volume of the product in question may be
charged.
Littium will not be required to repair
or replace any product unless the
client returns the defective product.
