This symbol highlights dangerous situations
that can lead to light injuries, or damage,
malfunction, and/or destruction of the device.
This device can be used by children 8 years old and
over, and by people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
provided their use is supervised or they have been given
instructions concerning the use of the device in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved.
Children must not play with this device. Cleaning and
maintenance must not be handled by unsupervised
children.
To prevent harm or injury to users or others, make
sure to comply with the below requirements.
• Do not use the device if it, or parts of it, are visibly
damaged.
• Do not alter or modify the device in any way.
• Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures,
strong vibrations, heavy mechanical loads, direct
sunlight, magnetic fields, rain or moisture.
• Fill the mill with peppercorns or coarse salt.
• Do not drop the mill.
BATTERY WARNINGS
• Do not mix and/or use old batteries and new
batteries, or batteries from different brands.
• Do not recharge the batteries.
• Do not throw batteries in a fire.
• Do not connect the + and - electrodes to each other
using metal or wire. Do not carry or store batteries
along with metal objects.
• Avoid direct soldering to batteries.
• Keep batteries away from direct sunlight, high
temperatures, and high humidity.
• Check the condition of the batteries on a regular
basis. Leaking batteries can damage the device. If the
batteries have leaked, use protective gloves. Clean
the battery compartment and the batteries with a
clean, dry cloth.
• Keep batteries out of reach of small children.
Should a child swallow a battery, consult a physician
immediately.
• Keep the device dry before replacing the batteries.

CLEANING
1. Switch off the device before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the mill in water.
3. Do not use chemical detergents.
4. Clean the mill surface using a clean, dry, soft cloth as
often as needed.
STORAGE
• Store the device away from heat, humidity, and direct
sunlight when not in use for a long period of time.
• Please use the old packaging to repack the device to
prevent dust and dirt build-up.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Note: The mill is powered by 6 AAA batteries, which are
not included.
1. To install the batteries, please remove the upper cap
by turning it counterclockwise and lifting it up.
2. Place the batteries following the polarity instructions
found on top of the battery compartment.
3. Fill the mill's transparent reservoir with peppercorns
or coarse salt. For a better use, fill it up to 80%.
4. Attach the battery compartment, making sure the
small copper contacts connect. Replace the upper cap
by turning it in a clockwise direction to lock the mill.
5. Press the power button on the top to start grinding.
Adjusting the grind
The mill features a practical light at the bottom.
• For coarser grind, loosen the adjustment wheel at the
bottom of the mill in counterclockwise direction.
• For finer grind, tighten the adjustment wheel at the
bottom of the mill by turning it clockwise.
