1.
Loosen the upper compression ring (E.1)
from its threaded counterpart (E.2) at the
probe port on the Reactor Column (E).
2.
Remove the small cover from between the
parts.
Figure 3
Installation of pH Probe
Filling the Reactor Chamber
1.
To prepare and fill the Reactor Chamber
(F), remove the Reactor Column Cover (H)
by releasing the Locking Ring (B2) and
lifting off the cover.
2.
Remove the Reactor Chamber (F) from the
Reactor Column (E) by pulling up on the
Threaded Rod(G).
3.
Insert the pH probe through threaded
component (E.2), the pH Probe Grommet
(Q) and into the pH probe port fully while
leaving a small amount of space to allow
the Reactor Chamber(F) to be removed
easily from the Reactor Column(E).
4.
Tighten the compression ring (E.1) on the
pH probe port around the pH probe.
3.
Once the Reactor Chamber (F) is
removed the Upper Reactor Chamber
Cover (C2) can easily be removed
4.
Before adding media to the Reactor
Chamber (F) make certain to have the
Sponge (D) in place and level at the
bottom of the Reactor Chamber (F).
