This fitness watch is an information technology device and can
be used in many different ways:
• Heart rate monitor
• Step counter
• Calorie consumption calculation
• Multi-sport mode (e.g. for walking, running, cycling)
• Sleep monitoring
• Alarm clock
• Notification when a message is received
