BEFORE ANY CLEANING OPERATION CHECK THAT THE APPLIANCE
It is not recommended to clean this unit with chlorine based products.
Read the precautions and recommendations for using the products carefully
that you use for the cleaning and maintenance of the device.
Motor group:
Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for cleaning instructions.
The periodic degreasing of the filters should be carried out at least once a month, more in case of intensive
use.
Do not use steam cleaner on the motor section!
Enamel Surfaces
:
Use sponge with soapy solution or window cleaner but never use abrasive cleaners.
You can also use denatured alcohol only when the appliance is cold.
Stainless steel set:
The stainless steel parure is cleaned with aerosol products sold in supermarkets. Nevertheless choose
a product containing little silicone in order to avoid white marks occurring after the drying of the product.
You can use specific stainless steel products (eg ZIP INOXYDABLE ®, JOHNSON INOXYDABLE ®, PPZ
INOXYDABLE ®), never abrasive products.
Brass logo:
Clean with a soft cloth soaked in a special brass product (eg MIROR®). Be careful if the product should run
on the enamel, do not rub (these products contain abrasives) but rinse with clear water without rubbing.
Another solution is to use a solid soap (silver stone, clay stone) that can be applied with a wet sponge on
the areas to be cleaned.
This solution is also very effective in cleaning and restoring gloss to brass or chrome surfaces.
