Battery-Free Wireless Nightlight Doorbell

Intended use
This product is a battery-free wireless transmitter. It combines two functions – a doorbell and
a motion-sensor nightlight. During dark conditions, such as poor weather and at nighttime, the
receiver lights up when motion is detected and stays lit for at least 30 seconds after the motion
ceases. The doorbell includes 58 melodies that play at four volume settings. The system has
four modes of operation: ring and flash, ring only, flash only, and ring with constant light. The
light has two colours: white for the nightlight function, and blue for the door chime function. The
transmitter is protected against dust and water penetration and has an IP55 protection rating.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use
the product for purposes other than those described, the product may be damaged. In addition,
improper use can result in short circuits or other hazards. Read the instructions carefully and
store them in a safe place. Make this product available to third parties only together with its
operating instructions.

a) General information
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become
dangerous playing material for children.
• Protect the appliance from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts,
flammable gases, steam, and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and
protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed
if the product:
- Is visibly damaged,
- Is no longer working properly,
- Has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions, or
- Has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts, or a fall, even from a low
height, can cause damage to the product.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about the operation, safety, or connection of
the appliance.
• Maintenance, modifications, and repairs must only be completed by a technician
or an authorised repair centre.

• Caution:
To avoid damaging the components, do not attempt to open or repair the PCB
without professional guidance.
The operating range may be affected by environmental factors and nearby sourc-
es of interference.
Proper use helps to prolong the lifespan of the wireless doorbell.
b) Connected devices
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are
connected to the product.
c) LED light
Attention, LED light:
• Do not look directly into the LED light!
• Do not look into the beam directly or with optical instruments!

Installation

1. Tear off one side of the double-sided adhesive tape and apply it to the underside of the
transmitter.
2. Tear the off the other side of the double-sided adhesive tape.
3. Choose a good location for the transmitter and fix it in place. Press firmly for a few seconds
to ensure the transmitter is securely fixed in place.
4. Plug the doorbell receiver into a standard mains socket within the operating range.
5. Choose the preferred ring tone and volume using the Music/Melody and Volume adjusting
buttons.
6. Choose the preferred lighting mode using the Music and Light Mode button.

Operation

The product has already been paired at the factory. If you need to replace the transmitter or
increase or decrease the doorbell quantity, follow these instructions:
a) Pairing
1. Press and hold the Music and Light Mode button for approximately 3 seconds. The bell will
ring using the Bird Voice.
2. Press the transmitter twice within 30 seconds. If the doorbell rings again, this indicates that
pairing was successful.
3. If the doorbell does not ring, press the transmitter repeatedly until the transmitter and re-
ceiver are paired successfully.
4. To pair multiple transmitters, repeat the above steps for each transmitter.
b) Unpairing
• Press and hold the Music and Light Mode button for approximately 10 seconds until the bell
rings twice. This indicates that all pairings have been deleted.
Care and Cleaning
• The transmitter has an IP55 protection rating, which indicates that it is dust- and water-
resistant.
• Disconnect the product from the mains before each cleaning.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol, or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the housing and functioning of the product.
• Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
