Operation

Setting the temperature

The temperature controller is used to keep the internal tem-
perature of the device constant. It is controlled with a knob.
By opening the door the interior light is turned on. The ther-
mostat is located at the top center in the inside of the unit.
• Lower number / min = lower cooling performance, warmer
• Higher number / Max = higher cooling capacity, colder
Temperature regulator clockwise direction higher level (/
max) means rotate inside the cabinet it gets colder.
Please note that the temperature as a function of ambient
temperature (installation site), of the frequency of door ope-
nings and the placement changes. These factors are impor-
tant for an optimal operating temperature.
At very high summer temperatures, set the thermostat to a
higher level or higher if necessary to maintain the desired coo-
ling temperature. If at a high temperature controller setting
form frost on the back, so it is recommended to adjust the set-
ting to a lower level.

Food storage

Arrangement of the shelves
The glass shelf in the lower part of the appliance, above the
vegetable box, should always remain in the same position, in
order to ensure a correct air circulation.
The glass shelves are height adjustable. To do this, pull the
glass shelves forward until it can be tipped and remove from
above or below. The insert at a different height please make
in reverse order.

Make sure that the interior is loaded in normal
amounts, so that no refrigerated items must be
pressed into the device.

High ambient temperatures (such as on hot sum-
mer days) and a high temperature controller set-
ting can lead toa continuous cooling mode. The
compressor must run continuously to maintain the
low temperature in the device. The device is not au-
tomatically defrost in a position, as this is only pos-
sible if the compressor is not running (see Fig. Sec-
tion defrost). It may happen, therefore, that a thick
layer of frost or ice forms on the inside back wall. In
this case, turn the thermostat to a lower position.
In this position, the compressor will turn on and off
as usual and automatic defrosting continues.
Proper storage
For ideal use of the device, we recommend the following
precautions:
The period between the purchase and loading the food into
the appliance should be kept as low as possible.
Foods should always be covered or packaged reach into the
refrigerator, to prevent drying and odor or flavor of other
food as possible.
