Before carrying out any cleaning operation, disconnect the power supply.
How to clean the enamelled parts:
To keep the enamelled parts in perfect condition, wash them with soap water frequently. Do not use abrasive
powders. Keep the enamelled parts free from acid or alkaline substances (vinegar, lemon juice, salt, tomato
sauce etc...) and do not wash them while the enamelled parts are hot.
How to clean the stainless steel parts:
Clean all the parts with soap water and dry with a soft cloth. Keep the parts bright by periodically using the
special products readily available on the market. Under no circumstance use abrasive powders.
How to clean the oven crystals from the inside:
In order to clean the crystals inside, it is possible to disassemble the internal glass on the oven door (fig. 26)
by unscrewing the two B screws (see figure 28). This operation must be carried out when the oven is cold,
using a wet cloth and without abrasive products.
How to clean the oven from the inside:
Following the directions shown here below, disassemble the oven door during intensive cleaning operations
in order to make cleaning easier to carry out. Insert coupler C (figure 27) in section hinge D. Leave the door
half-open, and using your hands, pull the small door toward you until it comes off the hook. To assemble the
small door again work in the opposite way and take care to insert the two sections F properly. The lateral
grids may be unscrewed easily by unscrewing the fixing ring nuts.
