Step 2:
Measuring your temperature
1. Use your Lady-Comp every morning after waking up and before you get out
of bed. You should sleep at least 3 – 4 consecutive hours before measuring.
2. Place the measuring sensor as far back as is comfortable to the left or right
under your tongue and close your mouth.
3. Press the circle button to activate the device. Then, start the measurement
by pressing one of the 3 buttons.
4. You will hear a beep at the end of the successful measurement, and the
measured temperature as well as the fertility status, which is is valid until
midnight, are displayed. You can also check your fertility status later in
the day by pressing the circle button twice, starting from the start screen.
The following day, Lady-Comp will switch to the fertility prognosis
before you measure again.
If no measurement value can be determined after 3 minutes, the measurement is cancelled. You
can cancel the measurement manually by pressing the plus and minus button simultaneously.
