Intended use
The product is designed to magnify the screen image of a smartphone. The product is
a lightweight, folding screen magnifier for mobile devices. Take this handy device with you
wherever you go, its lightweight, folding design is ideal for on-the-go use and fits easily into a
bag. The magnifier is compatible with different types of mobile device (see "Technical data").
For safety purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product for
purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper
use can cause a fire or other hazards. Read the operating instructions carefully and store them
in a safe place. Only make this product available to third parties together with its operating
instructions.

a) General information
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a
dangerous toy for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and
protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed
if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in adverse ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stress.
• Always handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height
may damage the product.
• Always observe the safety information and operating instructions of any other
devices with which the product is used.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product, or if
you have concerns about safety.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs must be carried out by a technician or a
specialist repair centre.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions,
contact our technical support service or other technical personnel.
b) Persons and product
• Never use the lens to look at bright sources of light (especially the sun). Observing
unfiltered sunlight for just a fraction of a second can lead to permanent blindness.
Operation
• Open the lock and unfold the holder and the lens into a horizontal position.
• Fold up the arm and place your mobile device into the desired position on the holder (the
glass lens should be in a horizontal position).
• Fold the other side upwards together with the acrylic lens. Tilt the assembly upright and
secure by joining the openings in the arm with the counterpart in the lens. The screen
magnifier is now ready to use.
• Adjust the acrylic lens as desired.
• The magnifier also comes with a folding stand (see diagram) so that you can use your mobile
device and the magnifier from a tilted viewing position.
Do not use the product in direct sunlight or very bright surroundings Avoid light, as
the display quality in dark environments is better. The optimum viewing angle is
vertical to the lens. The best viewing distance is around 40 to 50 cm. Since the lens
is larger, there may be some slight reflection. Please adjust the brightness and the
angle of the light.
Care and cleaning
• Remove your mobile device before cleaning the product. Never use aggressive detergents,
rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the casing or stop the
product from functioning properly.
• Do not use abrasive cloths, as these may damage the lens. Cover the lens with a soft cloth
when you are not using the magnifier.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to protection of the environment.
