6.8. Installation of hoses for prediluted detergent

Please install gasket/ flow limiter in the enclosed hexa-
gon nipple, use a 4mm hex key.
Install the hexagon nipple in the supply pipe, use ap-
propriate sealant. The connection of prediluted inlet of
the unit is external 1/2" thread.
Attach the hose to the hex nipple using a spanner to
secure the union nut. Make sure the hose is secured
before opening the prediluted detergent supply.

6.9. Hose connection

• The special hose fittet with spray gun/outlet valve
is connected to the outlet quick coupling of the unit
(layout drawing)
• Maximum hose length: 30 m
• It is recommended only to use Nilfisk FOOD hoses
which have been tested for resistance.

6.10. Mounting of hose for pre-diluted chemical

• First - Connect the inlet nozzle to the inlet pipe
• Second - Connect the inlet nozzle to the inlet hose
