5.2 Assembly
If you notice any transport damage
while unpacking, notify your supplier
immediately. Do not operate the
machine!
Dispose of the packing in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Clean all rust protected surfaces with
a mild solvent.
Assembly of Stand:
Assemble left (A) and right (B) side
plates with 6 hex cap screws, washers
and nuts.(Fig1)

Mount the bottom plate (F) with 2 hex
cap screws, washers and nuts.
Install the two rubber feet (G).

Install the handle (N) to the left side
plate (A) with 4 hex cap screws,
washers nuts (Fig 2).

Install the wheel base (H) with four
hex cap screws, washers and nuts
(Fig 3)
Place flat washers on each side of the
wheels (K) and hold in place with split
pins (M).
Install the door (P). The upper hinge
pin is spring loaded.
Install the door lock knob (Q) with a
flat washer and nylon nut.
Mounting Band Saw to Stand:
Place the chip pan (D, Fig 4) on the
stand.
The side with the bigger hole distance
(F) must be towards the left.
With the help of a second person
carefully lift the band saw onto the
stand.
Attach with4 hex cap screws (R) and
washers.

Remove transport lock:
Remove the bracket and two screws
(not shown) which secured the bow
during shipment.
Retain these items in case they are
needed for future transportation.

Pulley Cover and Belt Installation:
The knob (A, Fig 5) should be
loosened.

Slide pulley cover around motor shaft
and worm gear shaft. Secure with two
hex cap screws and washers.
Place the V-belt on both pulleys.
Tension the belt (don't over tighten)
and tighten the lock knob (A).
Close the pulley cover and secure it
with the pan head screw and hex nut.
Stock stop installation:
Insert the stop rod (A, Fig 6) into the
bed and tighten the set screw (B).
Slide stock stop onto the rod and
tighten the set screw (C).

5.3 Mains connection
Mains connection and any extension
cords used must comply with
applicable regulations.
The mains voltage must comply with
the information on the machine
licence plate.
The mains connection must have a
10A surge-proof fuse.
Only use power cords marked
H07RN-F
