For brake piston rewinding tools

Suitable both for right and left-handed winding brake pistons

Compensates different thread pitches in the piston through infinite spindle,
making brake repairs significantly easier

All adapters in our sets 01432L - 01435L - 01445L fit onto this spindle, making their
use even more convenient and faster

Different thread pitches are compensated automatically

Pressure is exerted on the brake piston pneumatically, which means only minimum
force is necessary

The winding movement is then easy to affect by hand
A P P L I C AT I O N
1 .
Connect the tool with compressed air.
2 .
Plug the matching pressure adapter plug on magnetic holder ( 1 ) of the spindle.
3 .
Press vent valve ( 2 ) and pulling spindle by hand until it stops.
4 .
Put the tool on the brake calliper. Attention to retaining lugs in the brake piston!
5 .
Press the pressure valve ( 3 ) and the brake piston will pressed. The rotation is
determined over the offset handle ( 4 ) at the end of the spindle. Check by slight rotation,
whether adjustment of the brake calliper is right or left hand thread.
Excessive rotational forces in the wrong direction can damage the calliper.
6 .
Turn back the brake piston to the stop in the calliper. The necessary pressure is
transmitted through the spindle without slipping.
7.
Press vent valve ( 2 ) button again and withdraw the spindle by hand and remove it
from the calliper.
