Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine Bandage zur
Stabilisierung der Lendenwirbelsäule (LWS) mit dosierbarem Druck.
Indikationen
DE: Behandlung von stärkeren Schmerzzuständen im LWS-Bereich, schwere
Lumbalgie, rezidivierende Lumbalgie, Osteochondrose, Spondylarthrose,
leichte Lumboischialgie, leichtes radikuläres Syndrom, Spondylolysen
ohne Wirbelgleiten, leichte bis mittelgradige lumbale Deformität
(degeneratives Wirbelgleiten), nach Bandscheiben-OP
AT: Schmerzen im lumbosakralen Übergang, geringe Instabilitätssyndrome,
Lumboischialgie
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen einschließlich unklare Weichteilschwellungen,
Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen der versorgten Körperregion,
Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten Körperabschnitt.
Anwendungsrisiken / Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.

– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen

– während der Tragedauer der Bandage: keine lokale Anwendung von
Cremes oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material
zerstören
Anziehanleitung
Das Anlegen der Bandage erfolgt im Stehen. Öffnen Sie alle Klettgurte und
legen Sie die Bandage um die Hüften und verschließen Sie die Bandage.
Die Bandage soll eng anliegen, jedoch nicht einengen. Greifen Sie nun die
seitlichen Zuggurte und ziehen Sie diese gleichzeitig und gleichmäßig nach
vorn, bis die gewünschte Krafteinwirkung (Stabilisierung) erreicht ist. Fixieren
Sie diese abschließend auf der frontalen Bauchplatte. Mit den elastischen
Zusatzgurten wird die Kompression und die damit verbundene Stabilisierung
der Lendenwirbelsäule reguliert.

Intended purpose
This medical device is a support for stabilising the lumbar spine using
metered pressure.
Indications
Treatment of increased pain in the lumbar spine, severe low back pain,
recurrent low back pain, osteochondrosis, spondylarthrosis, mild
lumboischialgia, mild radicular syndrome, spondylolysis without
spondylolisthesis, mild to moderate lumbar deformity (degenerative
spondylolisthesis), after inter-vertebral disc surgery.
Contraindications
Impaired lymphatic drainage including unclear soft tissue swelling, impaired
sensation and circulation in the specific body region, skin diseases in the
specific part of the body.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received
the medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding
its use.

– in case of persistent complaints, consult the physician or specialist retailer
– use the medical device in accordance with therapeutic needs
– only use other products simultaneously after consultation with your

– do not use in case of intolerance of one of the materials used
– no re-use – this medical aid is intended for treating one patient
– whilst wearing the support, please neither use any creams nor ointments on
or around it as they can destroy the material
Fitting instructions
The support is attached when standing. Open all the Velcro straps and place
the support around the hips and close the support. The support should sit
tightly, but not constrain. Then take the side tension straps and pull them
forwards simultaneously and evenly until the desired physical influence
(stabilisation) has been reached. Finally, fix them to the front ventral plate. Use
the elastic additional straps to regulate compression and the corresponding
stabilisation of the lumbar spine.

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est un bandage de stabilisation de la colonne vertébrale
lombaire (CVL) avec pression réglable.
Indications
Traitement de douleurs fortes en région lombaire, lombalgie sévère, lombalgie
récidivante, ostéochondrose, spondylarthrose, lombosciatalgies légères,
syndrome radiculaire léger, spondylolyses sans glissement vertébral,
difformité lombaire légère à moyenne (glissement dégénératif de la vertèbre),
après chirurgie discale.
Contre-indications
Troubles de la circulation lymphatique y compris tuméfaction des tissus mous
d'origine inconnue, troubles de sensation et de la circulation sanguine des
régions corporelles traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones traitées.
Risques inhérents à l'utilisation/Remarques importantes
Ce dispositif médical est un produit prescrit sur ordonnance. Consultez votre
médecin prescripteur pour en connaître l'utilisation et la durée de port. Le
choix de la taille ainsi qu'une présentation du produit seront réalisés par le
personnel spécialisé qui vous fournira ce dispositif médical.

Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang Nicht chemisch reinigen
Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen
Keinen Weichspüler verwenden. In Form ziehen und an der Luft trocknen.
Klettverschluss schließen, um die Beschädigung anderer Wäschestücke zu
vermeiden.
Gewährleistung
Für das erworbene Produkt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des
Landes, in dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Fachhandel, sollten Sie einen Gewährleistungsfall vermuten.
Bitte das Produkt vor Einreichung eines Gewährleistungsfalles reinigen.
Wurden beiliegende Hinweise der Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend

Removal
To remove the support, open the tension straps and the front fastening and
take the support off.

Cleaning information
Delicate wash Do not clean chemically
Do not dry in a tumble dryer
Do not use fabric conditioner. Stretch back into shape and dry in the fresh air.
Close the Velcro fastening to avoid damage to other laundry items.
Guarantee
The legal regulations of the country in which you acquired the product apply
to the purchased product. Please contact your specialist retailer if you suspect
a warranty claim. Please clean the product before submitting a warranty
claim. If the enclosed instructions for use have not been properly observed,
the warranty may be impaired or cancelled. The warranty does not cover use

Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.

– ne pas réutiliser. Ce dispositif est conçu pour le soin d'un seul patient.
– pendant le port du bandage : ne pas utiliser de crème ou de pommade
dans la zone d'utilisation du produit, risque de dommage du matériau
Instruction d'application
Le bandage se met en position debout. Ouvrez toutes les sangles Velcro
et posez le bandage autour des hanches. Fermez ensuite le bandage. Le
bandage doit être bien ajusté, mais ne doit pas serrer. Prenez maintenant
les deux sangles de traction latérales et tirez-les simultanément vers l'avant
en suivant un mouvement régulier, jusqu'à atteindre la force souhaitée
(stabilisation). Enfin, fixez-les sur la plaque ventrale frontale. Les sangles
supplémentaires élastiques permettent de comprimer et ainsi de stabiliser la
colonne vertébrale lombaire.
Retirer
Pour retirer le bandage, ouvrez les sangles de traction, ainsi que la fermeture
frontale. Enlevez ensuite le bandage.
