Timer function (90 - 0 min)
Select a time using the + and - buttons.
Leave the rotary knob at
Start the timer by pressing the PAUSE/START button.
 The preset time is counted down on the LCD display.
An alarm sounds when the time has elapsed.
Clear the alarm by pressing the PAUSE/START button.
You can stop the timer ( display flashes) and restart it
by pressing the PAUSE/START button.
You can reset the preset time to

Stopwatch function (0 - 90 min)

Safety features

The appliance cannot be started with the drive arm in
the raised position.
If the drive arm is raised during processing, the appli-
ance stops.
Reactivate the appliance when the drive arm is low-
ered again by pressing the PAUSE/START button.
If there are too many ingredients in the bowl or the mix-
ture is too firm, the appliance will not start/processing
stops.
The LCD display flashes.
Remove some of the mixture from the bowl.
The appliance stops automatically on overheating.
One signal tone is sounded and the LCD display
flashes.
Unplug the appliance, raise the drive arm and allow
the appliance to cool down for 30 min.
After a processing time of approx. 20 min, the appliance
automatically switches into energy-saving mode.
The appliance stops, two signal tones are sounded,
the display flashes for 5 s and is reset to

First use

Ensure that the appliance's mains plug is plugged out.
Before using the appliance for the first time, thoroughly
clean all parts of the appliance (see section
