Placing benches
1) Loosen the bench's (5) four star-shaped knobs (6) a little.
2a) Slide the upper frame (4) onto the lower frame bars (3) .
2b) Slide the second upper frame (4) in the same way.
3) Attach frame covers to each other using the zip (15).
4) Place both benches(5) in a horizontal position, so that the frame cover is stretched tightly.
5) Firmly fasten all four star-shaped knobs (6).
Adjusting front frame
Slide buckle A to adjust front frame.
Adjusting pull bar
Open buckle of pullbar strap (14) to
adjust pull bar.
Adjusting length of pullbar
1) Open both handles of pullbar clamp (12).
2) Extend the pull bar to the length required.
3) Turn both screws tighter wenn more clamping force is required.
4) Close both handles (12). For adjusting the clamping force, open both handles (12),
turn both adjusting screws A in a clockwise direction and close the handles (12) again.
