1500kg Hoist
Safe Operation Specification
Please pay attention to the safety when using the hoist and follow the
below operation procedures:
01. Before using the hoist please read and understand below instructions.
02. The lifting capacity is limited. Please do not overload or use it without knowing the weight
(including lifting embedded objects, diagonal pulling, oblique lifting) Over loading would
damage the hoist/wire rope and increase unsafe factors. It is recommended to use wheels
for double rope operation to help decrease other main parts' load by 50%.
03. Rated hoisting capacity matches 415V/30 meters 240V/12 meters wire rope as standard,
increasing wire rope length means to decrease lifting capacity. For example; 100 meters of
wire rope as 500KG/(100 meters/ 30 meters)/1.2=125KG.
04. Please don't pull the object when hoist is working as it will increase the load and cause
overweight of hoist and wire rope.
05. Keep the working area of hoist clean and tidy. Don't let unauthorized people approach; do not
let anyone touch the tight wire rope and never stand under the running hoist.
06. If you need to replace the wire rope; the type, specification and direction must be the same as
the previous one, and the rotate direction on rope drum should not be changed.
07. Please wear gloves when operating the wire rope and be careful not to let the rope slip
through your hands as this may cause injury.
08. After finishing hoisting, do store wire rope into rope drum and never use hands to guide the
wire rope.
09. Don't hook the wire rope or use the wire rope to fasten/bolt the object as this may cause
damage. Please use suitable wire rope to fasten the object.
10. The stopper is equipped as a safety device. It can automatically cut off rising circuit when it
rises to the limit height. Please do not regard stopper as a limit switch.
11. Don't use hoist to lift people or as an elevator.
12. The location of hoist must attach eye-catching warnings or indicative signs in order to instruct
operators to use it correctly.
13. Ensure hoist operates without hindrance.
14. Do not use hoist after drinking, taking any medication and/or falling ill.
15. Do not work under and around hoist when it is running.
16. Please use supporting fixtures with hoist or this may result in injury.
17. Do not remake welding hoist parts or you may reduce hoist security.
18. Operating hoist requests 3-ring wire rope on bucket in case the wire rope drops when
overloading.
19. Any installation forms must ensure the hoist and rope drum work in a horizontal level.
