The Bluetooth keyboard provides a set of keys for text entry, with additional keys to
control your android tablet.
The keyboard provides:
• Full keyboard for text entry.
• Standard Android keys (Home, Search, Back, Menu).
• Media control keys.
• Shortcut keys to start Apps.
• Battery and connection indicators.
Updating your tablet's operating system
Your tablet can download and install system updates, adding support for new devices
or expanding software options.
To check for updates, tap Apps > Settings > About tablet > System update >
Check now.
Downloading new software can take up to 40 minutes, depending on your network
speed.
Set-up your keyboard
Insert two AAA batteries in the battery compartment.

Pairing the keyboard with your tablet
On your tablet, tap Apps > Settings > Wireless & networks > Bluetooth
settings.
If Bluetooth options are not available, tap Bluetooth to turn on Bluetooth.
Tap Find nearby devices.
Use a fingertip (not a sharp object or pen) to press the Connect button
on the underside of the keyboard; the connection indicator will flash.

Your keyboard will appear in the list of Found devices.
Tap the keyboard icon, and note the four-figure code, or keyboard name, shown in
the Bluetooth pairing request.
Type the code or name on the Bluetooth keyboard, and then press the Enter key.
Your keyboard is now paired and connected. The keyboard will be recognized when
it is on and in Bluetooth range of your tablet.
