SNOOZE TOUCH BUTTON
In the time mode, hold the «
mode.
Press «
» button once to check current sleeping sound setting.
Press another time to go to next sound setting.
There are 3 different sound can be chosen.
S1 = Brown noise
S2 = Pink noise
S3 = White noise
For timer setting, press «
sleeping sound timer setting.
Press another time to go to next timer setting. There are 3 timer – 1 hour; 2 hours & 3 hours.
In the alarm mode, press the «
The alarm indication light is blinking to show the Snooze status.
Alarm will ring again after 5 minutes.

Each alarm sound rings for 5 minutes. Press any button except the «
to deactivate the Snooze.
LIGHT TOUCH BUTTON
In the time mode, hold the «
The light will follow the 4-7-8 mode with different colour of light projected.
- 4 sec – red light (inhale with your nose)
- 7 sec – yellow light (hold your breath)
- 8 sec – orange light (exhaust with your mouth)
The session will be finished in 20 minutes.
You can enter into another session by holding the «
» touch button to turn On and Off the hypnosis sound
» and then press «
» touch button once to enter a 5-minute nap.
