Instructions for Installation
a) Installation, floor fastening:
During set-up on the floor when mounted onto the cabinet, the product must be secured against tilting through appropriate measures -
attention must be paid to load distribution, center of gravity. Horizontal installation is a requirement for maintaining the IP protection class of
the attached cabinet. This applies particularly to cabinets with overlapping double doors!
The base is secured to the floor using screws. The fasteners must be suitable for the given floor.
When using leveling feet, appropriate measures to prevent tilting must be taken. In addition, depending on the width/depth and overall
weight, reinforcement brackets (accessories or custom-made) must be installed between the leveling feet and the base, if necessary.
b) Attachment to cabinet:
For heavy loads of 1 ton or more, when using leveling feet or similar, the additional fastening holes of the corner pieces and the cabinet
bottom must be used.
For sheet steel version: 4 x tooth locking screw M8x16, product code 3003-9500-08-16 (1 set = 100 units), 4 x clip nut M8, product code
8101-0087-06-00 (product code of set = 100 units: 2070-9103-48-00)
Stainless steel version: 4 x tooth locking screw M8x16, product code 3005-6921-08-16 (1 set = 100 units), 4 x clip nut M8 product code
8101-0087-01-01 (product code of set = 100 units: 2070-9203-38-02)
Instructions for Inspection, Maintenance and Repair
Please check at least once a year in the framework of an inspection, as appropriate:
- load-carrying corner pieces and surface for damage
- perfect condition of the attachment.
Replace damaged parts and use original häwa parts only.
When purchasing spare parts please state the product code of the base to ensure identification – see inside of door – or its width and
depth.

Maximum load including weight of cabinet – see Instructions for Installation: 15.000 N
Note:
The loads specified for the respective cabinet type apply to lifting and transport.
Torque specifications:
The specifications stated below have been uniquely determined for base types 0396 and 0376 and standard stainless steel cabinets
with standard finish and are deemed to be binding under optimum conditions (e.g. straight fitting of thread-forming screws).
- Connection cabinet – base: 11 Nm
- Front / Rear panel: 4 Nm
- Combination of modular bases (corner pieces): 11 Nm
- Protective ground conductor
Fixing of additional grounding cables / grounding straps to existing drill holes: sheet steel: 9 Nm / stainless steel: 6 Nm
