5. Return the batterv cover to its original position.
6. Insert the AC adaptor into the plug socket of the
household power outlet, then the DC output plug of
the adaptor power cord into the calculator.
7. Make sure that the power switch is turned off, then
leave the rechargeable batteries for approximately
15 hours.
NOTE:
The rechargeable batteries may be re-
charged with the power switch turned on;
however, the recharging time is prolonged.
8. After the lapse of approximately 15 hours, dis-
connect both AC input and DC output plugs of the
adaptor from the plug socket and the calculator,
respectively.

5. Bringen Sie den Battcriefachdeckcl in ursprtinglicher
Position an.
6. Stecken Sie den Netzstromeingangsstecker des Netz-
adapters in eine Netzsteckdose. dann den Gleich-
stromausgangsstecker des Adapter-Stromkabels in
die entsprechende Buchse am Rechner.
7. Achten Sic darauf, daB der Ein-Aus-Schalter
ausgeschaltet ist und laden Sic dann die aufladharcn
Battcricn ungcfiihr 15 Stunden lang auf.
ZUR BEACHTUNG:
Die auswechselbaren Batterien konnen auch
dann aufgeLaden werden, wenn der Ein-Aus-
Schalter eingeschaltet ist; dabei wird jedoch
zum Aufladen mehr Zeit benotigt.
8. Naclt ungefahr 15 Stunden ziehen Sic sawohl den
Netzstrameingangs- als auch Gleichstrom-
ausgangsstcckcr des Nctzadapters aus der Netzstcck-
dose bzw. der Euchse am Rechner.
