Important Information
Accessories are placed in the tank in order to
avoid damage during transportation; before
putting the unit into operation for the first time,
remove all accessory parts.
Caution!
Take note of the Safety Intructions for Wet and
Dry Vacuum Cleaners on page 8 before you put
the unit into operation for the first time.
Guarantee
The terms of the guarantee that is applicable in
each country have been published by our
respective national distributors. Any fault that
occurs with your appliance during the guarantee
period will be repaired free of charge, provided
that it has been caused by a material or
manufacturing defect.
Guarantee claims should be addressed to your
dealer or the nearest authorized customer service
depot, and supported by documentary evidence
of purchase.

Assembly
Open the clasps to the tank and take off the
motor housing (B).
Remove the accessories from the tank.
Turn the tank upside down.
Press the castors into the holes designed for
them until they engage (C).
Place the paper filter bag for dry-vacuuming on
the pipe end. Please make sure that the paper
does not get damaged, hold the filter only by the
cardboard (D).
Put the motor housing back on the tank and close
the clasps.
Preparing the unit for use
Insert the suction hose in the suction hose
connection until it engages (E).
Put the accessory required on the suction hose.
Insert the mains power plug into the wall socket.
Switch on the vacuum cleaner.
Practical operation
Dry-vacuuming
When dry-vacuuming the cartridge filter must
remain in the unit. Normal and coarse dirt can be
vacuumed without difficulty.
Place the paper filter bag on the pipe connection
in such a way that the paper does not become
damaged. Hold the filter by the cardboard (D).
Wet-vacuuming
Never vacuum explosive liquids, acids or
solvents!
Remove the paper filter bag and empty the tank
to stop a muddy residue from forming.
When vacuuming wet, the cartridge filter can
remain in the unit. Before dry-vacuuming, dry the
cartridge filter (by leaving the suction turbine
running).
Cleaning water and waste water with
commercially available household cleaners can
be vacuumed absolutely safely.
If the tank becomes too full when wet-vacuuming,
a float closes the valve. The suction power is
reduced and the motor runs faster. Under these
circumstances, switch off the unit and pull the
