Tighten the shaft screw with an appropriate tool when using the 12"
measuring wheel.

6.0 Memory Functions

The memory can be cleared by keeping the MEM button pressed for
approx. 6 sec (the display indicates CCCCC). It is automatically erased 5
minutes after the last measurement or when the batteries are replaced.

7.0 Auto Switch Off

To save battery the instrument switches off automatically after a certain
period of time.
