INSTRUCTIONS LKM626
The Type 625 is a digital programmable transmitter for mounting in a PK101 housing with two
voltage outputs 0...10V. It converts various digital sensors with I²C bus into two standard
signals of 0...10V. The sensors are detected automatically. If only one channel is used, the
second is set to 0V.
The following sensors are currently implemented:
SHT21, SHT31 (Sensirion), MCP9800 (Microchip), DS18B20 (Maxim), TMP116 (Texas
Instruments), APDS9300 (Analog Devices)
ADJUSTMENT ELEMENTS
The measuring ranges of the Type 626 can be scaled via our universal interface S1 together
with the program „LKM4xxKV.exe". The sensor must be connected and recognized during
programming. The 0...10V signals are limited to the maximum ranges of the sensor. The output
of the LKM626 can also be adapted on request using „LKM4xxKV.exe" program. The following
options are available in addition to the 0...10V setting:
0...5V; 0...7,5V; 0,5...5V; 0,5...7,5V; 0,5...10V
In addition, there are two adjustment controllers on the PCB of the transmitter with which the
output signal can be corrected. This is necessary, for example, if there is a difference between
the measuring point and the point to be controlled. The controllers are protected against
accidental adjustment. The adjustment range is approx. ±0.5V.
EXTERNAL CIRCUIT OF THE LKM626
The signals of the Type 626 sensor are generated by a semiconductor sensor and digitally transmitted to a
microprocessor, processed and then output again as a current signal in analog form. The output current follows the signal
at the input linearly. The respective zero point controller can be adjusted for corrections of measurement errors.
The load must be connected to the ground of the power supply. Switching into the +path of the power supply is not
possible..
