INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. COMPONENTS & DIMENSIONS
Carry out a visual check if all parts are present and
as far as recognisable in order.
a. Clamp - with integrated...
b. ...clamping screw (knurled handle) and...
c. ...thrust piece
d. hexagonal rod 3/8" oder 5/8"
e. knurled screw M6 x 25 mm
f. aluminium knurled washer ø 22 x 3/8" (2x) only for: 24050-520-55
g. thread adapter 3/8"-5/8" (2x)
2. CLAMP - FASTENING
2.1 On a plate (0 - 53 mm):

push the clamp a to the plate as far as it will go

and tighten clamping screw b .
2.2 On a tube (ø 6 - 48 mm):

hold the recess of the clamp a to the tube

and tighten clamping screw b.
3. HEXAGONAL BAR - POSITIONS

Loosen knurled screw (e) and shove the long side of the rod d

trough one of the two possible openings of the clamp and

3.4.4 Turn back the aluminium knurled washer and tighten
the Micro clamp to secure the alignment.
CHECK, MAINTENANCE
- Pay attention to possible risks during maintenance work (jamming...)
- Clean with a slightly damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent
