LUBE MESSAGE
When "LUBE" appears in the TIMEwindow,check the lubrication under the walking deck. See
theinstructions on page56 to add lube as needed. After lubrication, press and hold PROGRAM
key for approx. 3 seconds to reset the message.
Automatic programs
The Treadmill provides 24 programs (P1,P2,P3......P24). Each program has its specificsettings
regarding speed and incline levels. These will be controlled automatically during a running
program.
Select and start a program
1. Make sure the device is in standbymode. Press PROGRAM key to choose desired
program (P1,P2, .....P24), then press START key to begin the program with default
values. The default running time for a program is 30 minutes.
2. During the program, speed and incline will be controlled automatically according to below
table. In addition, speed and incline can be controlled manually during each program. 3
seconds before the end of a program, an acoustic signal will be emitted three times. After
that, the running belt will come to a complete stop.

Depending on the adjusted time the below values will be
automatically controlled in regular intervals (10 sections).
If e.g. 30 minutes are set as running time, every 3 minutes (30
minutes divided by 10 sections) speed and incline will be
adjusted automatically.
