3.2 Warranty
The manufacturer of the Aircleaner Pillar
gives a 24-month warranty on parts and
repair costs*. This warranty is valid only if
the Aircleaner Pillar is used in accordance
with the specifications and the user and
maintenance instructions are followed.
The warranty of the Aircleaner Pillar is void
if there is:
• Improper use
• Insufficient or improper maintenance
• Modifications to the appliance (other than
prescribed filter changes) without the
manufacturer's prior consent
Defective parts due to normal wear and tear
are not covered by the manufacturer's
warranty.

3.4 Liability
The manufacturer of the Aircleaner Pillar is
not liable for unsafe situations, accidents,
damage and injury that are the result of:
• Ignoring warnings or regulations as
described in this user manual.
• Use of the Aircleaner Pillar for other
applications or under conditions other
than those specified in this user manual.
• Making changes of any kind to the
Aircleaner Pillar other than the prescribed
maintenance.
• Intensity of use determines the degree of
maintenance.
The manufacturer is not liable for any
infections, virus transmission or consequen-
tial damage in the event of Aircleaner Pillar
malfunctions, such as product damage,
business interruption, loss of production, etc.
