• Under no circumstances a defective cutting machine or cutting disc can be used as it
may cause injuries and material loses.
• Remove the plastic plug from the air inlet opening (Pos.4) and assemble a nipple
with 1/4" external thread.
• Before switching on the tool, always make sure that the cutting disc (Pos.2) is
correctly assembled and properly tightened.
• Attention! Only use cutting discs with diameter 80 mm and centre whole diameter of
10 mm. Larger whole diameters might may the cutting disc start wobble.
• Assembly of the cutting disc. – The cutting machine must be disconnected from the
compressed air supply. Unscrew the fixing screw and the washer. Place the cutting
disc in the flange so that the reinforced side of the disc opening would be directed
upwards. Re screw the washer and the fixing screw. Tighten these parts by use of
hexagonal spanner, while holding it from the other side with fixing spanner.
• Check the air pressure and, if necessary, adjust it so the machine will operate at the
required pressure and rotation speed. Adjustment of the pressure is performed by
use of compressor or separately installed pressure regulator. Specification of the tool
complies with at 6.2 bar pressure.
• Always be careful when using the cutting machine. A negligent attitude towards the
tool may cause damages of the internal parts and housing fractures. It may result in
reduction of the tool efficiency and the tool may loose its capacity.
Maintenance: Lubrication is essential as it ensures a low noise and vibration level. In
case of continuous use of the tool is should be cleaned and checked at least 2 times a
year.
